All bookings are final and cannot be cancelled without full charge (this includes fixtures where the advertised date is rescheduled from a Saturday to a Sunday of the same weekend).

Exception : If a match date changes from a weekend day to a midweek day a full refund less a £ 20.00 per ticket administration fee will be given if cancellation is made within five working days of receiving new date from supplier

Ticket delivery

• Your tickets will be sent to you by Special Delivery approximately five days before the match.
  Please bear in mind that these tickets need to be signed for when leaving a delivery address. Please contact lastminute.com customer services if you have not received your tickets 48 hours prior to kick off.

• Hospitality starts 2hrs 30mins prior to kick off for the North Stand package
• No children under the age of 5.
